The London England temple was one of three “sister” temples dedicated by President David O. McKay in the 1950’s. To me, this temple has always stood out with its distinctive darker upper part of the spire compared to the white of the rest of the building. I used mahogany on the top parts of the spire to preserve this look. The London England temple box has over-and-under dual compartments, is made up of 37 pieces and measures 5” x 8” x 6¾”, with a box capacity of just over 28 in³. It is made of pine, birch and mahogany.
